The FTC Requires Us to Tell You This
Per the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), Daily Cyber Deals is required to disclose when we have a material connection to a product or retailer we recommend. We take this seriously and have built disclosure into every post we publish.
What "Affiliate Link" Means
An affiliate link is a tracked URL that tells a retailer you came from our site. If you click one and make a purchase, we earn a small percentage of the sale — typically 1–10% depending on the retailer and product category. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you click our link or navigate to the retailer directly. We never mark up prices or earn anything from you directly.

We participate in affiliate programs including:
- Amazon Associates — as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made on Amazon.com
- CJ Affiliate — connecting us with thousands of retail brands
- ShareASale — additional retail and brand partnerships
- Rakuten Advertising — additional retail coverage
- Direct brand partnerships as our audience grows
How We Choose Deals
We only post deals we believe represent genuine value — a meaningful discount on a product people actually want. Our process:
- Automated deal detection monitors retailers for significant price drops (30%+ off)
- Every deal is scored by our editorial process for discount depth, brand quality, and broad appeal
- We post a maximum of 2 deals per day — quality over volume
- We do not post deals simply because they pay a higher commission
Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we feature or how we describe them. A deal with no affiliate relationship may still be posted if it's exceptional.
AI-Assisted Content
Some of our deal copy and content is written or assisted by AI tools. Where AI personas or avatars are used in our content, they are disclosed as AI-generated in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable state laws. Human editorial review is applied to all published deals.
Sponsored Content
If we ever publish content that is paid for or sponsored by a brand, it will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership" in addition to standard affiliate disclosure. We have not published sponsored content as of the date of this disclosure.
No Editorial Bias
Our opinions about products are our own. We do not accept payment to write positive reviews, nor do we guarantee positive coverage to any brand in exchange for affiliate participation. If a deal is not worth your time, we will not post it regardless of commission rate.
